Terms of service

These terms are between you (the agency signing up) and Cian Cavanagh, trading as Burnrate, Main Street, Easkey, Co. Sligo, F26 R642, Ireland. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Burnrate helps you track your tool balances, spend and planned runs. Figures it shows are calculations based on what you enter and on prices you can edit. Check prices against your own billing before relying on them; we're not responsible for top-up or purchasing decisions you make.

Trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. After that the service costs the price shown at signup, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part months. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Your data

You own the data you put in. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy. You're responsible for anything you enter, including making sure you're allowed to share it with us.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access other accounts' data, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Burnrate running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can end it with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
