What we collect
Your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account; your agency name; the tool, spend and balance information you enter; your alert settings, including any Slack webhook you add; and billing details, which are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to send the alerts you switch on, to bill you, and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Supabase (database and login, hosted in the EU, Ireland), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments) and our email provider for alerts. Each acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Where a provider transfers data outside the EEA it does so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you close it we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for six years under Irish tax law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to move it to another service. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
